As a young guy in the military I was lean and strong. 


I could run for miles and bang out dozens of pull-ups at a time. 


But then I got married and had kids. 


After the birth of my first child I started neglecting my health and fitness. 


And I gained over 40lbs. 


It was at that point that I decided to get into shape. For myself and my family. 


But I didn’t have the luxury of disappearing to the gym for 90 minutes every time I wanted to workout. 

That’s when I realized I could do bodyweight or minimalist workouts at home.
