Q. Can I start this program if I have a nagging pain or injury?

A. Check with your doctor first.

We can dial the intensity up or down based on your fitness level...

And it's designed for beginners.

So if you want to start with lower intensity exercises, that's fine.


Q. Who shouldn't buy this program?

I wouldn't recommend this program if you want to use barbells and machines.

That's fine if you do...

But this program is centered about body weight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups.


Q. What kind of equipment do I need?

You don't need to use any equipment, but if you have access to a pull-up bar and Olympic rings you'll be able to do more exercises and add more variety to your workouts.


Q. How long are these workouts?

This is a 4-day split, which means you'll be training 4 days a week.

Each workout can be done in about 30 minutes, but they can be shorter or longer depending on your rest periods.

Personally, it's rare for me to complete my workouts in one session.

I usually get my exercises done throughout the day, like a To Do List, so if you have a busy schedule like I do, you have a lot of flexibility with the program.
